COFDM Dual Thermal Imaging Camera
The Excelerate COFDM Dual Thermal Imaging Camera is a rapidly deployable solution, designed to be used within harsh and challenging environments. It can be operated from a Command and Control Unit or via the control case or hand held unit.
Combining a high resolution optical zoom camera with a sensitive thermal imaging camera in the same remote head, human presence can be identified at over 450 meters and deliver high quality, secure and interference free images at distances of up to 2km using COFDM video and UHF telemetry. Transmission available on 1.3GHz, 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz bands in real time (low latency) allows multiple cameras to be operational within a single frequency.The optically flat glass window is distortion free giving brighter clearer images at higher zoom ranges, allowing flexible installation within a critical and demanding environment, while being reinforced to withstand substantial impacts.The window is fitted with a wiper used to clear any dirt and water whilst allowing continued use within operational conditions.
