To support and repair Excelerate’s Technology’s equipment on customer sites or at Excelerate’s office within the UK and elsewhere. To provide clients with Onsite and Telephone Support with regard to Excelerate’s technology solutions in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards. The post holder will provide the Company with written progress reports on a daily basis or at a frequency determined by the Support Manager/ Technical Resources Manager.
