Information and footage obtained from excelerate’s body-worn camera solution can be captured and transmitted in real time, securely back to an Incident Command Unit (ICU) or pelicase receiver, via the unique COFDM link. The body-worn camera system is the ideal compliment for our satellite broadband solution. Whether it is a fire, motorway accident or an urban search and rescue (USAR) mission, critical video footage is instantly available to operating personnel in real time for more effective and efficient decisions at ground level and also immediate viewing back at headquarter via our broadband satellite solution. Our COFDM body-worn solution has been developed to work in environments suchas the underground, tunnels and buildings where normal transmission is normally compromised.
Permissible in court
Footage can be both recorded and stored locally as well as being transmitted securely in real time. Our solution also includes permanent date and time stamping enabling any footage recorded to be used for evidential purposes.
